Q: How do I access my account online?
A: Sign in here (https://mico.myiclubonline.com/iclub/members/signin?clubNumber=31341)using your membership email.
Q: My barcode won’t scan - what do I do?
A: Ask the front desk staff to update your access card.
Alternatively, you can use the barcode on your Fitness FX App (just ensure your brightness is high when scanning).
Q: I can’t log into the app - what should I do?
A: Check to make sure the email you’re using matches the email on file with your membership.
