Q: Can I freeze my membership?
A: Yes. You can freeze up to 6 months maximum per year.
Q: How do I request a freeze?
A: Fill out our Freeze Request Form here.
Q: Does freezing my membership stop future billing?
A: Yes - all billing stops during the freeze period.
Keep in mind that if the payment is due within a few days of the request the payment may still be processed however time paid for will not be lost.
Q: Can I extend a freeze beyond 6 months?
A: No. If you need more time away, the best option is to cancel and rejoin later.
Q: Can you backdate a freeze?
A: No - if you haven’t visited since a certain date, we can only freeze from the request date and forward.
