Q: How do I update my payment method?
A: Login to the online portal using the email you have linked to your account.
Once your account is created you will be able to update your payment information, download receipts etc.
Q: Do you accept bank withdrawals for recurring memberships (void cheque)?
A: No - we accept credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit only.
Q: Why did I receive a service fee?
A: ABC Fitness automatically applies a service fee if a payment declines. If the issue was system-related, we can review it and may refund the fee.

Q: Can I download my receipts?
A: Yes- Log into your member portal here.
Q: My payment came out early - why?
A: ABC Fitness may reattempt a declined payment at any time within the billing window until it successfully processes.
