Q: Do you have contracts or sign-up fees?
A: No. All recurring memberships are no-commitment, no sign-up fees, and no cancellation fees.
Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
A: Yes, you can see our front desk staff, and we will create a new contract for you and adjust it for your next billing cycle.
Q: Can I share a membership with someone else?
A: No - each member must have their own account for safety, liability, and access control.
Q: What membership options do you offer?
A: We offer bi-weekly and monthly recurring memberships, plus 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month paid-in-full plans. Student, senior, military, and corporate rates are available.
